화장실이 밖에있었어요”

젤 싼방을 예약해서인지는 몰라도 화장실이 밖에있었습니다. 충격... 역에 가깝다는 위치가 좋은것 빼면 시설은 정말 가격대비 별루였습니다

밤 늦게 도착했는데 사전 협의도 없이 다른 호텔 연계해 줌”

로마에 밤 늦게 도착하긴 했지만 그래도 11시쯤 되었었는데, 숙소에서 아무런 협의없이 종이한장 내밀더니 걸어서 250m 정도 되는 근방의 호텔로 연계되었다며, 주소 하나 주더니 가라고 함. 그 호텔이 DINA 호텔이었는데 혹시라도 여기 묵으려고 하시는 분들은 절대 가지마세요. 위치는 괜찮은데 화장실 상태가... 정말 방 느낌도 귀신나오는 줄 알았고, 먼지가 청소 안하는 것 같았음. 11만원 주고 예약했는데 아무리 로마 숙박비가 비싸다지만 이 가격에 저런 호텔이라니. 호텔이라고 부르기도 민망할 정도에요. 디나 호텔 화장실은 샤워기 수압이.. 하아정말... 해바라기 샤워기 하나 있는데 2/3은 나오지도 않고 물줄기는 제각각에 뜨거운물도 제대로 안나오고, 샤워하는데 3배는 넘게 걸린 것 같아요. 화장실 한번도 청소안한 것 처럼 정말 경악스러웠음. 드라이기도 없고요. 방음은 거의 안된다고 보시면 되요. 엘레베이터는 있지만 2명+짐만 들어갈 수 있고 아주 오래된 호텔이에요. 거의 부킹닷컴에서만 예약하고 아고다 가끔 이용했는데, 이번에는 아고다가 싸길래 예약했는데 정말 대실망일수가없음.

기차역과 가까운 점

로마 중앙역과 거리는 아주 가까우나 시설이 아주 낙후 되었고, 화장실도 불결하고, 특히 직원이 불친절함. 유로화만 받고 미화는 받지도 않으며, 도움을 요청해도 sorry만 외치는 서비스 정신이 없는 불쾌한 호텔임. 승강기도 너무 작은데다 복도도 좁고, 방도 방음이 잘 안되어 소음이 그대로 들리고, 특히 에어컨은 조절되지도 않고 소음이 심해 잠자기가 불편함. 두번 다시 이용하고 싶지 않은 호텔임.

Close to the main Termini station, relatively comfy beds, and simple breakfast. Colosseo is a quick 10-15 min walk, and the street is relatively quiet at night. Great place!

Perfect”

We only stayed in the Kennedy Hotel for one night in Rome, however, it was perfect. It's within walking distance (5 mins) of the train/bus station. The staff were fantastic and could not be more helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were able to leave our bags to go and explore when we checked out. I would definitely return if I go back to Rome.

For a 3 Star Hotel,The Kennedy Hotel was good value for money in a good location with good transport connections(you can walk to the Hotel with your bags by walking 3 mins only from one of the exit doors of the Termini Station...no need for a taxi!) . i was here with my son and we had 2 separate bedrooms.Bedrooms were clean with comfortable beds and crisp fresh linen and towels.Rooms and communal areas are painted in pleasing light colours and the bedroom & bathroom floors are tiled making for a more hygienic clean. Powerful shower and hot water always available. The air-conditioning worked well throughout.Our room prices had continental breakfast included....it was a lot more than just a hot drink and criossant...there were cereals with milk,tinned and fresh fruit,fruit juices,a fresh cake daily with croissants and rolls with butter,honey,jam & cheese slices. There were fruit yogurt pots,juices Swedish toast packs and hot drinks....the Barista made excellent capuccinos and we had 3 of them each every morning! If they had large mugs instead of cups there would be less work for the staff to bring them to the tables...they didn't mind at all to keep bringing them though. An especial thanks to Alessandro and Francesco who were inviting,friendly & helpful.Thanks to all the breakfast staff too. If you are coming to Rome as a tourist,one would be too exhausted at the end of each day to be worried about being able to hear a few sounds from the other rooms or the corridors...that was no problem for us. Like i was saying to one of the Owners,people can't expect to pay for a cheaper watch and expect a Rolex! If it is a budget trip you are looking for,then this is your hotel!

very convenient location”

Pros: best location, one block away from roma termini. Very good air conditioning. Friendly staff, you can leave your luggage in the reception after check out time and get them later in the day. Cons. - Sound proofing not good. I can hear Noises from neighboring room and room above me.

이 호텔은 부속되어 있습니다. 우리는 기차역 옆에 도착했고, 술 취한 사람들은 우리 문앞에 앉아 있었고 깨진 병은 보도에 어지럽게 흩어져 있었습니다. 별관에는 직원이 없으며 호텔에 전화가 없으며 방에 들어가기 위해 3개의 열쇠가 필요합니다. 방은 꽤 좋았지만 위치는 끔찍했습니다. 아침 식사는 가난했고 직원은 도움이되지 않았습니다.

친절한 응대를 제외하고는 여기에 더 좋은 것은 없습니다. 내가 참을 수 없는 것은 곰팡이와 흙으로 덮인 역겨운 샤워 헤드입니다(보기조차 견딜 수 없음). 주의가 산만하지 않도록 샤워 헤드를 천으로 덮어야 합니다. 욕실도 좁고 샤워실 바닥이 미끄럽습니다. 유리(플라스틱)조차도 체류하는 동안 교체하지 않습니다. 방은 컸지만 공기 상태(아래에 떨어지는 물을 잡을 수 있는 세면대가 있음)는 내부가 정말 더워서 잠을 잘 때 정말 불편했습니다. 최악의 경우 외부 파티에 시끄러운 사람들이 있었고 아침 1시가 넘어서 잠을 잘 수 있었고 아직 끝나지 않았기 때문에 좋은 잠을 잘 수 없습니다. 머무른 첫날 아침에 아침 식사를 하게 되어 기뻤지만 빵, 차가운 카푸치노 등의 종류가 매우 제한적이어서 재앙이었습니다. 무료임에도 불구하고 아무도 아침을 먹고 싶어하지 않는 이유는 당연합니다. 아침을 밖에서 먹는 것이 좋습니다. 이 호텔이 아코르 호텔 그룹에 포함되었다는 것이 믿기지 않습니다.

가난한 아침 식사 선택이지만 (원하는 경우) UHT 우유와 함께 많은 뜨거운 음료. 직원은 도움이되었고 객실은 깨끗했습니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 편리한 위치였습니다. 실내 시장은 테르미니 역에서 좋은 분위기를 가지고 있으며 도보로 2분 거리에 맛있는 음식이 있습니다. 호텔은 커플 또는 그룹 여행에 좋습니다. 밤에 너무 시끄럽고 욕실에 욕조가 없기 때문에 가족을 데려가지 않았습니다.

Central hotel. Excellent value.”

I really enjoyed my stay at Kennedy. The staff were lovely. There are some great restaurants close by. The hotel is clean and well serviced. I was able to walk from the hotel to the Colosseum and the Spanish steps and Villa Borghese. Caught a taxi quite reasonably from the hotel to the Vatican. I would definitely stay here again.

EXCELLENT LOCATION”

Located one block from the Termini Station, this hotel offers quality accommodation at reasonable rates. My room was in the annexe; a single room which was very compact but comfortable, excellent bathroom. These is some noise from the street if the windows are open, but it did not bother me. Helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was basic Italian fare: tinned fruit, yoghurt, bread, pastries and cheese. I would go back to this hotel.

기차역 및 명소의 위치는 특정 좋은 지역은 아니지만 좋습니다. 직원들이 더 친절할 수 있습니다. 내 몇 주 동안 와이파이 괜찮습니다. 내가 있던 침대는 매우 불편했습니다. 납작한 베개가 있는 판지 위에서 자는 것처럼. 욕실은 충격적이었습니다. 세면대, 샤워기, 변기 및 비데를 사용하기에는 너무 작습니다. 샤워기 간격이 너무 얇아서 기껏해야 약 12"(샤워 커튼만 사용하세요..!)하고 곰팡이도 많이 핀다. 아침 식사는 괜찮음. 내부가 너무 시끄럽고 외부에서 아무 소리도 들리지 않지만 손님과 청소 직원이 불편해했습니다. 또한 이웃 방 화장실 물 내리는 소리, 싱크대 돌아가는 소리 등 충분하지 않습니다.
