A hidden gem!”

This place is a true gem! One of the best rooms I have stayed at. Excellent location (2 minute walk from the Pantheon). Superb aesthetics and top materials (wood, marble and bronze). And probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in. The ideal place for 2 people: I strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.
Everything was excellent. If I had to find something negative to wrote down, I would say that the is no lift so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

The rooms were spacious, clean and elegant. The location was perfect, in the heart of Rome.
The confusion between BMO Rewards, booking.com and the property, about the payment. In the end it was resolved by the customer and the property. Support from both BMO Rewards and booking.com, was essentially useless.

Great location, easy check-in/out at any time (access codes), really nice place, big room, recently refurbished, great quality, it's a 4+ star place. Great and efficient communication with the owner - the electricity was stopped on the 31st of Dec at 9pm (!!!) - she answered immediately and in less than one hour everything was fixed while we were at the restaurant! The cleaning personnel very polite and efficient. We'll definitely return, one of the best choices if you want to stay in the heart of Rome. Nespresso machine in the room, free coffee, still and sparkling water, mini-bottle of champaign, snacks. Good quality bed linen, towels, pillows, slippers.

The accommodation was stunning, very nicely renovated with everything you might need. Location was perfect to see all the major sites by foot. Bed was very comfortable :)
There were issues with the passcode locking system, but they appeared to be fixed. It is nice not to have to worry about a key. The walls are thin so you will hear noise above/beside/below you. You will also hear some noise from the street as you are only on the second floor. Tip: close the shutters to keep some of the noise out.

Everything was perfect except the Wi-Fi.”

The location is perfect. The bed is really comfortable. The bathroom is really nice.
The Wi-Fi was fine for the first 2 days or so and for the remainder of our stay (we stayed for a total of 8 nights) it was very inconsistent and sometimes did not work at all. Resetting the wi-fi extender might fix it for a few minutes but it would soon stop. Neither our phones nor the tv would connect and when it did it was very slow and would often disconnect.

Our stay at Domna Luxury Suites was amazing. it was perfectly placed in the centre of Rome and the room was neat and beautifully decorated. no remarks on the interior at all, because it was luxurious and perfectly done. even tough we didn’t get to meet the host, our contact via whatsapp was personal and very friendly. we would definitely come over again and recommend it to everyone. a high class stay in a high class city!

Perfect location in the heart of the old town. Just around the corner and in walking distance from various sights, plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Very friendly and unexcited contact with the front desk. Will certainly recommend.

Domna Luxury Suites is perfectly located. Its main entrance leads you straight to the Pantheon (which is accessible by foot from almost all of the main sites you'd want to see). It is surrounded by the typical style of buildings you'd expect to find in the tourist areas of Rome. The team was very helpful and responsive despite the minimal contact check-in service. This system is not overwhelming and honestly works flawlessly - but make sure you're connected to data upon your arrival / travel to this boutique hotel (unless you will communicate with them outside of the app). The room we got felt like it was worth the spend and very clean. For the popularity of the area we really had no trouble with noise when trying to sleep (however we were not on the Pantheon-facing side of the building so I cannot comment for those rooms). All-in-all a very pleasant and enjoyable stay with extremely comfortable rooms and a feel of luxury above the streets of Rome. Thank you for the stay.
I was unaware that Reception did not have a bathroom. This may have been a poor assumption on my part - but the word "reception" threw me off. We landed early but the team was very helpful and informed us that we could leave our bags with them at reception. I assumed that we'd be able to check in, drop our stuff, freshen up and then head out. It is more of a help desk than a reception area but seriously not a drawback in any way. Just an F.Y.I.
